Our lives are very busy, and the chatter of the mind takes over. Most of the time we're either reliving stories from the past or living in the future.

We're rarely right here in this present moment, and so what I try to do is help people journey from that thinking mind, from that headspace, down to their heart space. Because when you're in your heart, you are in the present moment. You're here in the now moment.

    Zoom Mindfulness Meditation classes are a great way to start a mindfulness practice. Classes are 1 Hour and the format is a dharma talk (wise teaching) followed by meditation practice. Participants love the group vibe and feel safe and supported. I share with a vulnerable heart and my personal real life experiences are usually the catalyst for a class.
