Being in community whether in person or online creates connection and connection is essential to healing and feeling a part of the whole. 

People may wonder, what’s mindfulness, why do I need it and what will it do for me. All those questions are answered as soon as you experience a class. 

We live in a culture where most people feel disconnected, isolated and have a sense that something’s wrong with them. From this place we walk through life with a negativity bias and living from scarcity and fear. 

As we explore different themes like impermanence, gratitude, seeing the goodness in others, core wounding, non-duality, abundance and other topics we begin to open our hearts to the truth of who we are and realize that our coping mechanisms and ways we defend ourselves in order not to be hurt have armored our heart and created a wall that limits our potential. We can’t grow from a place of limitedness. We grow when we begin to see beneath our wounds and literally breath prana-life force into our being. This life force opens the heart and the ability to create space that allows for our true human potential to unlock. We also realize we’re not alone and that actually most people are walking around feeling the same as us. Life is messy and hard to navigate alone. Our community is real and raw and together we create a place to learn and be open to transformation.

1:1 MENTORING

The ability to rewire our brain is the key to undoing our conditioning but understanding the root cause takes time and investigation. Along with traditional mindfulness practices, I incorporate many other healing modalities. Remember, I’ve been there.

On my own healing journey as well as being the health and wellness director of my family, I’ve researched and sought out some of the best, most innovative healing modalities and practitioners. Many of us are dealing with multiple issues; we have physical pains, chronic disease, hormonal dysfunction, emotional imbalances, traumas from our past and so I use my own tools as well as recommending practitioners that took me years of work to find in order to develop a healing path that’s tailored to the individual. No matter what you’re obstacle is, I will help you to heal. Each individuals healing path will look different. And often, the individual may not even know the source or core of their imbalance. We will get to the root, together. 

One of the healing modalities I apply with students is Focalizing. 

Focalizing is a healing technology that enables participants to transform their lives by dissolving the barriers that prevent them from experiencing life more fully or from accessing the “flow state”. Once resolution is experienced, Focalizing becomes a creative tool that supports participants to act in alignment with their body and access a deeper sense of purpose. 

In essence, we get out of the head and work with the body to heal, transform and deepen awareness that leads to clarity of purpose and a sense of liberation which always leads to greater possibility and meaning.
